Gold Art – Gold in Quartz

We made quartz along with gold-grain, hence different shapes of gold-grain in quartz were created. As shown in the following picture, 3.1 grams of gold grain were coated on a piece of quartz, resulted in a gold sculpture.

Gold Art – Taiwan Souvenir

We made different thick-gold-foil, hence many gold arts were created. As shown in the following picture, a gold-art was created by using 7.5 grams of pure gold. It is a nice Taiwan souvenir for the enjoyment of the glorious gold.

Gold Ginkgo-Leaf

We created gold leaves. As shown in the following pictures, a dry-ginkgo-leaf was turned into its corresponding gold sculpture with its original jagged edges. Although some part of the original leaf-edge was destroyed, the created gold leaf still has perfect leaf-edge. The Taipei ginkgo-leaf would last for ever. The leaf weighs 5.8 grams of pure gold.

Gold Maple-Leaf

In addition to the leaf of Taiwan-Wild-Grape, gold maple-leaf also created in our lab. As shown in the following pictures, a maple leaf was turned into its corresponding gold sculpture with its original jagged edges.
